So I’m guessing most of you reading this have either finished school or are there now.
I am in year 10 and I have just started my GCSE’s however the stress is really getting to me especially considering I have high targets and want to be a vet.
Over the months I have been thinking of ideas to calm myself down and reduce the stress so I thought I would tell you them.
1) Take a bath. If your anything like me and love to go all out with bath bombs, face masks and candles then that will defiantly calm the nerves.
2) Go outside. I love to take photographs so every so often I find I really calming to leave the house and go and take pictures of anything that catches my eye. On the other hand if your not into that sort of stuff then you could maybe go for a run, walk your dog, or even climb a tree. I know it sound cringy as but it works !
3) Finally you can write. One of the main reasons I started this blog was so I could have my little bit of the internet to write about my probablems and hopefully help others but if you don’t want people to see it you could write a diary and then every so often look back on it and see how far you’ve come.
Finally I would just like to touch in one final topic. Revision. I know everybody hates it but at the moment I’m really struggling to find a revision technique that suites me so if you have any good ideas that you think might help please comment down below. I also hope that my three tips helped and I have plenty more if needed.
